Chez Fleur is looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the heart of The Hague.

Chez Fleur – Manu's French & Mediterranean Kitchen – is a celebration of culinary tradition with a modern twist. We blend the essence of Mediterranean cuisine with bold Levantine influences, always using high-quality ingredients and refined techniques.

Chef Manu brings a unique blend of flavours and authenticity, shaped by years of experience in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Dubai. At Chez Fleur, every dish tells a story of simplicity, warmth, and bold creativity.

Whether it’s a relaxed lunch on our sunny terrace or a vibrant dinner inside, we aim to create honest food and memorable moments for our guests — and that starts with a strong, motivated team.

Who you are

To thrive in this role, we believe that you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie
• Are passionate about food and know your ingredients
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
• Understand the basics of professional kitchen techniques
• Are proactive, organised and eager to learn
• Enjoy working in an ambitious yet informal environment
• Support and care about the growth of your colleagues
