Chez Fleur is looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of The Hague.

Chez Fleur – Manu's French & Mediterranean Kitchen – is a celebration of culinary tradition with a modern twist. We blend the essence of Mediterranean cuisine with bold Levantine influences, always using high-quality ingredients and refined techniques.
Who you are
To be successful in this position, we believe that you:
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a sous-chef or chef de partie.
• You are structured, reliable, and remain calm under pressure.
• You collaborate closely with the Head Chef and support the kitchen team.
• You have strong knowledge of HACCP and allergens.
• You bring passion and creativity to every plate.
• You are hands-on, proactive, and eager to grow.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a positive team spirit.
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
